What clients say

Client testimonials

Recovery is hard to picture from the outside. Here's what it was like for people who came through our program.

I went into the program completely hopeless, with little will to live, and came out stronger and more hopeful than I ever thought imaginable. I felt safe processing my deepest traumas, and the team helped me build a plan to get through the crisis at hand while building my resilience for whatever comes next.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

An IOP gives you in-depth, structured treatment without checking into a facility. You attend small group sessions plus a weekly one-to-one, then go home to your own bed, family, and routine. It's well suited to people stepping down from inpatient care, or anyone whose symptoms need more support than a weekly therapy appointment can offer.
The program runs as a 3-day or 5-day option, Monday to Friday, with sessions from 3–6 PM, plus a weekly individual session. Most people are in the program for eight or more weeks. The afternoon schedule is designed to fit around work, study, and family. It's open to adults aged 18 and over.
We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and MultiPlan. The simplest next step is to let us verify your benefits for you, request a callback or call us, and we'll confirm what your plan covers before you commit to anything.
We focus on trauma and PTSD, including complex and chronic trauma, alongside anxiety, depression, OCD and panic disorders, mood and bipolar disorders, and personality and dissociative disorders. Our approach is whole-person and trauma-focused, with every plan tailored to what you're actually dealing with.
Yes. Your care and your information are kept private and handled in line with HIPAA. The small-group format means you're working alongside a handful of people in a setting built to feel safe, not exposed.
That's our Patient Promise: we'll be there for you every step of the way, and if for any reason we're not able to provide the care you need, we'll gladly refer you to somewhere that's a better fit. The first call is about finding the right help for you, whether that's with us or not.
